A few things worth knowing.
What counts as a response?
A saved ranking counts as one response. Updating it from the same participant session doesn’t use another slot. Voters don’t need an account, so response counts aren’t a guarantee of unique people.
What happens when I reach the limit?
New entries close, and existing results stay available. Existing participants can still update their rankings while the ranking remains open.
Is Plus a subscription?
No. The £5 upgrade is a one-off payment for one ranking, with a total allowance of 5,000 responses including the first 100. It doesn’t upgrade your other rankings. Create and save your ranking first, then choose Upgrade for £5 from its management page.
What can I brand on Plus?
You can upload your own logo, displayed prominently on your ranking and its shared images, alongside a small “Powered by Viewi” credit. The layout and colours stay the same. Removing Viewi branding, custom colours, design and website embedding can be agreed as part of Bespoke.
What does a bespoke report include?
We’ll agree the question you want to explore before the campaign starts, monitor participation, and turn the results into a readable draft you can review. Findings and recommendations will depend on the responses received. Comment research and other extras can be scoped together.
