Using Viewi
Terms of use.
Updated 11 September 2026. These terms apply when you create, publish or share rankings through Viewi.
Your images and content
You are responsible for the names, images, descriptions and other content you add. This applies whether you select it from search, upload a file, paste it or reuse an existing item. Before adding content, you must have the rights needed for its use in Viewi, including public results and downloadable images that participants can share on social media.
Your content and its use must respect other people’s copyright, trade marks, privacy and other rights. This includes displaying it publicly in rankings and results, and including it in images that participants can download and share. Check the original source, any commercial-use restrictions and required credits. If Viewi cannot display a required credit or meet another licence condition, choose a different image. Keep evidence of any permission you rely on.
You keep any rights you hold in your content. You give Viewi permission to host, store, resize and display it, and to include it in ranking results and shareable images, to operate the service. Only upload content for which you can give this permission.
Finding images
Search helps you discover images; it does not grant permission to reuse them. Results and licence information can be incomplete or outdated. You must check the source before choosing an image. Viewi does not independently clear image rights.
Do not misrepresent ownership or source, or remove or alter credits, watermarks or rights notices, unless the rights holder permits this or the law allows it.
Image search is provided through Serper. The same creator responsibilities apply to search results and uploaded images. Serper’s terms describe its service; Serper is independent of Google. Linking to a provider does not make your ranking an endorsed campaign.
Do not imply that a brand or person sponsors or endorses your ranking unless they have agreed to it. A ranking about a brand is not automatically an official brand campaign.
Publishing and sharing
Published rankings, submitted display names and ranking results can be viewed publicly. Do not upload private information, unlawful content or content intended to harass others. People can download and share ranking images; Viewi cannot recall copies they have already saved or posted elsewhere.
Report an image or other content
If you believe content on Viewi infringes your rights, contact Rachel on X. Include the ranking URL, the specific image or content, a description of the rights you own or represent, and a way to contact you. Please do not post confidential documents publicly; ask for a private contact channel if needed.
We will review reports and may remove or restrict access to disputed content, contact the creator for information, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. Creators must cooperate with reasonable requests to resolve a report.
Business users: responsibility for content claims
If you use Viewi mainly for your business or profession, you agree to cover reasonable, documented losses and legal costs arising from third-party rights claims caused by your breach of the content obligations above. This is an indemnity. It does not cover losses caused by Viewi’s own breach, negligence or misconduct, or uses of your content outside the permission you gave us.
We will notify you promptly, take reasonable steps to reduce losses and let you participate in resolving the claim. We will not agree a settlement payable by you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. This indemnity does not apply to consumers using Viewi mainly for personal purposes.
Our responsibilities and your legal rights
We remain responsible for providing our service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. Your responsibility for choosing content does not remove our obligations to respond to rights complaints or comply with the law.
Plans and availability
Current response limits and available features are described on our pricing page. Features marked “coming soon” are not available to purchase yet. Bespoke work requires a separate agreement on scope, price and delivery before it starts.
These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
